Welcome to Nexum AI Core. These terms govern the use of our platform and services. By registering, you agree to comply with these conditions. Last updated: April 25, 2026.
1Service Use and License
Nexum AI Core grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the conversational AI platform for legitimate business purposes.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
2User Responsibilities and Restrictions
Ethical AI Use
The AI Agent must not be used for spam, harassment, fraud, or any illegal activity that violates Meta's policies.
Third-Party Integrations
Nexum is not responsible for technical failures arising from changes in Meta's APIs beyond our control.
Payments, Licensing, and Enterprise Offers
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Access to Nexum is based on subscription plans (Monthly/Yearly) per store (Tenant). Charges are made in advance and are non-refundable once the service period has started.
- Standard Plans (Starter, Pro, Elite):
- Each subscription is for individual use and is strictly tied to one (1) single store.
- Includes simultaneous connection of one (1) unified Meta ecosystem (one WhatsApp Business account, one Instagram profile, and one Facebook Messenger page).
- Fair Use Policy: Nexum reserves the right to temporarily limit or adjust the service if an anomalous processing volume degrades the AI infrastructure for other users (e.g., mass spam sending or automated scraping).
- Standard subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their cycle (monthly). The user can manage or cancel renewal at any time.
- Custom Offers (Enterprise/Agencies): Nexum allows the sale of volume packages through personalized payment links. Payment of these links grants a specific number of licenses ("Included Independent Accounts").
- Redemption Codes: When paying for a Custom Offer, a master code is generated. This code:
- Is bearer. The buyer is responsible for its confidentiality and distribution.
- Has a strict usage limit (e.g., 5 accounts). Each time a sub-account registers and redeems it, one slot is consumed.
- Once exhausted, it cannot be used to activate new stores.
- Stores activated via redemption operate 100% isolated and independently (Multi-tenant RLS), maintaining data privacy from the "parent" or paying account.
- Cancellation of a standard or Enterprise subscription will take effect at the end of the paid period. For Enterprise, canceling the parent subscription will suspend service for all redeemed sub-accounts.
3Intellectual Property
Nexum AI Core, its logos, AI algorithms, and source code are the exclusive property of Nexum. The user retains all rights to the content of their conversations and processed business data.
4Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Nexum AI be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or business interruptions.
