Privacy Policy

At Nexum AI Core, privacy and ethical data handling are our number one priority. Last updated: April 25, 2026.

1Introduction and Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Nexum AI Core collects, uses, and protects the personal information of its users and data processed through our integrations (Meta, etc.). By using our platform, you agree to the practices described in this document.

2Information We Collect

Integration Credentials

We store Meta App IDs, App Secrets, and Access Tokens in encrypted form to enable automatic synchronization.

Chat History

We process and store conversations to train your AI Agent and generate sales analytics.

Payment Processing

We use Paddle as our payment processor and Merchant of Record for all USD/international transactions. Paddle handles payment processing, tax compliance, and customer billing inquiries. Paddle does not share your full payment details with us. For Colombian customers (COP), payments are processed by Wompi. By making a purchase, you agree to the processing of your payment data by Paddle or Wompi as applicable.

Meta Data Usage (Facebook/WhatsApp)

Our platform uses Meta's Marketing API and WhatsApp Business API. We strictly comply with Meta's Data Policies:

  • We do not share your access tokens with third parties.
  • We only request the minimum necessary permissions (ads_read, whatsapp_business_messaging).
  • Ad data is used exclusively to generate your ROAS report and attribution.

3Security and Storage

We use Supabase infrastructure with AES-256 encryption to protect all sensitive data. Communications between your server, Meta, and our platform are protected by SSL/TLS certificates.

4Your Rights (GDPR / Law 1581)

As a user, you have the right to access, rectify, limit processing, or request total deletion of your data and connected integrations at any time from your settings panel or by emailing legal@nexum.ai.
